About Free Art School E20

Free Art School comes from our desire to create an inspiring and inclusive exhibition with

accompanying events for local residents at a time when more people than ever are put off

accessing creative arts in school or higher education due to prohibitive costs and uncertain

career prospects.  Creating a space for meeting between creative people from all walks of

life. Workshops by exhibiting artists will contribute to an experimental, free “art school”

environment for people of any age or outlook.

Connecting artists to fellow artists with different skill sets and levels of experience, building

relationships across the community and enabling artists to get involved with the local

community where they live and work.

Free and low-cost workshops to unlock your creativity will take place on Sundays 10 December and 7 January from 12-6. These include Virtual Reality storytelling, collage, drawing portraits, family friendly collective painting, vocal improvisation and doodling.
